week 5| 261MC

Technical aspects:

For sit down interviews you must consider aspects below because they will create an atmosphere of your film:

  • lighting
  • framing
  • coloring
  • positioning

You must research the subject a lot in order to get the answers that you need for your documentary. Obviously, you have to have questions ready before the interview, but sometimes spontaneous questions can give you answers that you want.

Every story needs to have the beginning, middle and the end so before filming we need to make sure that we know what we want to see in each part of the film.

NEVER END ON A CLOSE UP

NOTES FOR OUR DOCUMENTARY MOVIE:

  • Pay a lot of attention to the sound.
  • We need a lot of close-ups of plants and animals
  • NEVER STOP FILMING.
  • Get a release form from the minors.
